{"id":1482,"date":"2021-04-16T13:08:32","date_gmt":"2021-04-16T11:08:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lapparanfr.enseignes-montpellier.com\/?page_id=1482"},"modified":"2021-04-16T13:13:39","modified_gmt":"2021-04-16T11:13:39","slug":"conditions-generales-de-location","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lapparan.fr\/en\/conditions-generales-de-location\/","title":{"rendered":"General terms and conditions of rental"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The present rental is made under the ordinary conditions and of right in similar matter and in particular with those hereafter which the tenant obliges himself to carry out, under penalty of all damages and even of terminations of the present, if good seems to the owner and without being able to claim the reduction of the rent.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrival times are normally scheduled <strong>from 4:00 pm<\/strong> The departure times are normally scheduled<strong> before noon.<\/strong> For special departure and arrival times, it is possible to make an agreement directly with the owner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is agreed that in case of withdrawal :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>of the tenant<\/strong> :\n- more than one month before the start of the rental period, the tenant loses the deposit paid,<br \/>\n- less than one month before the start of the rental period, the tenant will also pay the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent, as a penalty clause.<\/li>\n<li><strong>of the owner<\/strong> :\n- within seven days of withdrawal, he is required to pay double the deposit to the tenant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a delay of more than four days compared to the date of arrival envisaged was not announced by the tenant, the owner will be able of good right, to try to re-rent the housing while preserving the faculty to turn over against the tenant.<\/p>\n<p>Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them \"as a good father of the family\" and to maintain them. All the installations are in working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the entry in enjoyment of the places, could not be admitted. Any repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental period will be charged to the tenant. Obligation to ensure that the tranquillity of the neighbourhood is not disturbed by the tenant or his family.<\/p>\n<p>The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, blankets and pillows, <strong>towels are not provided<\/strong>. If it is necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the tenant, at his departure, the price of the cleaning of the rented premises (fixed at 90 euros), the total value at the price of replacement of the objects, furniture or materials broken, cracked, or deteriorated and those whose wear would exceed the normal for the duration of the hiring, the price of cleaning of the covers returned dirty, an allowance for the deteriorations of any nature concerning the curtains, wallpapers, ceilings, carpet, panes, bed linen, etc. ...<\/p>\n<p>The tenant undertakes to insure himself against the rental risks (fire, water damage). The lack of insurance, in case of damage, will give rise to damages.<\/p>\n<p>The tenant has the obligation to inform the owner, within 24 hours, of any damage that has occurred in the dwelling, its outbuildings or accessories.<\/p>\n<p>The security deposit must be paid by cheque.
